Born in Los Angeles and raised in Stockholm, Ima’s bicultural upbringing shapes her perspective, inspiring stories that often discuss the concept of home.
A recipient of the 2021 APIA NBCUniversal Scholarship, Ima continues to champion underrepresented voices. As founder of the ID Writing Group, she fosters a space for emerging storytellers to develop their craft and confidence.
